Learning Norwegian
Norwegian is a relatively easy language to learn for English speakers. Grammar is not complicated and words can sometimes be similar to English words. The difficult part is all dialects in the different parts of Norway. There are also two written standards in Norway: Bokmål and Nynorsk. You would probably learn bokmål first but I recommend reading in Nynorsk as well. There are many articles in newspapers written in Nynorsk so you should get familiar with it.
